![]() They may all just have one PC directly connected to the printer, so they wouldn't be seeing the issue.3) The issue is weird because when things were first setup, it worked flawlessly, then it stopped for some reason, and no amount of fennegling with it has gotten it to work again. ![]() It's unclear to me as of yet whether any other branches are in the same situation as we are with shared printer. Though we're the only branch having the problem so far, so I don't THINK it's directly related to the software, unless it's something the software isn't taking into consideration that is unique to our branches environment.2) I'm starting to think it's a sharing problem. We're also working with the software peopel to see if they can figure something out. The program we are printing from is an internally developed app that hooks into our inventory system. We are using the latest drivers for our printer from seagull scientific already, so that's taken care of. The whole thing was rushed and under researched as is becoming very apparent. ![]() 1) that may be so, but that's what the company has rolled out to all our branches, so we're kind of stuck. ![]()
